So darn tied...both of us. This heat & humidity is awful. We both sat on the sofa & kicked back in the recliners & tried to decide what to eat for dinner. I managed to get up & throw 2 gold potatoes in the micro. I managed to put his on a plate buttered S/P. Gave him his in the recliner. I did the same to mine except added a tablespoon of Breakstone sour cream. Brought it in the comp. room, ate it as I did research on Michigan for a vaca.
I 'm ready to call it quits & wash the dishes. try to stay up until 9 to watch the news.
I made a salad from the Hungry Girl show. Never seen it before..
Diced chicken
Lettuce and spinach
Cucumber
Tomato
Corn
Black Beans
Parmesean
Salt and Pepper
No dressing
It looked much better than it tasted. Probably needed more seasoning or some dressing. Too bad.
