Default The Agenda: March 20 - 26

This week's dinner selections actually began a few minutes ago at Eddie Deen's Crossroads BBQ in Arlington, TX. There, I had sliced brisket, pork ribs, jalapeno sausage (they didn't have regular), pinto beans, potato salad, and two toasted buns (the heel and the crown). Later in the week, I plan on making chili cheeseburgers (grated cheddar) on one night and stuffed green peppers on another. There is some prepared salad in the fridge, so I can make that (topped with ranch) with grilled chicken after work tomorrow.

Enjoy all of your dinner choices, and bon appetit!

Well no one "earned" their dish ...so I made this simple chicken and rice dish...this is just the base recipe I actually added a lot more to it to make it more flavorful.

Jambalaya with smoked sausage and leftover beer-can chicken. Hubby also likes it with sour cream on the side.

You are killing me over here!!! We lived west of Fort Worth for a few years and DH worked in Arlington. All that sounds super yummy! Especially the brisket!!!
