I have a few:
Salami, provolone, roasted red peppers, oil and vinegar on a hearty hoagie roll
Roast beef, melted mozzarella, grilled onions on a garlic bread hero.
Honey Turkey on a seeded roll with 2 slices of tomato and hellman's mayo
Hearty rye bread, Liverwurst, grain mustard and coleslaw.
a crusty Italian roll 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. yellow mustard 3 slices roast beef 1 ripe sliced tomato dill pickle slices red onion, thinly sliced drained banana pepper slices jalapeños salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
leftover slices of roast beef
Muenster cheese
three rings of raw red onion
two slices of tomato and a dab of horseradish
slather a little mustard over the second piece of bread and you’re done
I just invented this sandwich today and it is soooo good:
On a hoagie roll, or baguette,
on one side: smear cream cheese, then take sundried tomatoes in oil, dice them up, and smear them on top of the cream cheese.
then take a grilled chicken breast that has been marinated in italian seasonings and balsamic vinegar, and slice it into thin pieces lengthwise (you could put it on the sandwich hot or cold).
lay the chicken slices on the sundried tomato/cream cheese mixture.

I start with Sourdough Bread, add Mesquite Smoked Turkey, Muenster Cheese, Roasted Red Peppers, Homemade Olive Tapenade, Dijon Mustard and grill in butter
In a 1/4 Apicella's italian loaf (local italian bakery that makes bread every day at 4AM and delivers to supermarkets daily before 8AM - sometimes it's still warm from the oven), in layers:
mortadella
hot cappicola
genoa salami
deli-sliced pepperoni
baked ham
(above, all sliced thin)
provolone cheese
TOAST all the above, open-face
then add:
hot pepper relish
anchovies (just enough so that each bite has a tiny nibble - maybe 4 total)
raw green pepper strips
tomato
shredded lettuce
oregano
salt/pepper
oil/red vinegar
Drooling........
