I'm really excited about this now... So many great replies - I'm surprised! Nobody seems to not like the idea!
It will be within the next few days that I can make it. Prolly Friday or Saturday - that's when I'll be at the market for the ingredients.
Think I'll make 2 or 3 batches....one batch will have some jalapenos in it for me, along with the seafood and stuff.

Old Bay.....spicy shrimp....casserole.....oh boy!
