That guy is a machine. To me he didn't seem tense, he seemed like he had a lot of extra energy and maybe he needs a third griddle. They sure could use his skills in Krka Falls, Croatia, where I stood in line for over 30 minutes for a crepe. But it was Nutella! That crepe the guy made in the video with bananas, whipped cream and Nutella - yes please!

I think he looks really tense, and I am exhausted just watching him..Boy, I will stick with my little crepe pan, make them about once every 6 months and freeze them. I am not nearly as good as he is, but I am not as tired I bet either!!!

I got tired watching him making them! They are huge!
I make them in an 8" frying pan. Just put the batter in, pick up the pan and swirl it, back on the stove and after a minute or so, flip. Perfect crepe every time!
