Smelling okay here-dusted the beef short ribs with seasoned flour, browned, added some carrot chunks and browned, au jus, marsala, mushrooms, fresh parsley,covered and in a low and slow oven.

Have you been reading my recipe collection? That is one of my favorite dishes. I make it with ground turkey so it will be leaner.

But opted for the Ital-lasagna tonight. A little redundant sounding perhaps, but you get the drift.

Afternoon all, popping in during a commerical break during the inaugeration coverage to tell ya what's for dinner.

Didn't have spaghetti last night but had turkey sandwiches instead. Today we will have spaghetti with cheese muffins.

No clue. DH didn't want to hang around and watch the inaugural, so he went shopping. I think I'll assign him dinner tonight (wish me luck on that!) since I have no car and am out of some of the necessities.
