Gem - Your dinner sounds delicious!

skbs - Sorry you didn't have a great day today and wound up with a headache. I hope it goes away quickly.

Elston - That sounds like a PERFECT vacation day!

I am retired so any day can be a "vacation day" as long as we do get our daily tasks done at some time...

Two Lights state park in Cape Elisabeth is beautiful!

Just checked with DP he is still "stuffed"--later I will fix him a noodle bowl and I will look for some left overs...but that is a ways off.

It's time for chocolate with a generous coating of non counterfit light whipped cream topping. Sorry about those who failed to plan ahead...It's gonna be so smooth and rich....What a way to end a hectic day.

Make mine thin sliced brisket and I'll catch the next bus... I need to spend a week in KS anyway. Now is that home grown beef and corn? Hope to be a MO neighbor again before many moons come an go. Then we can go head to head with the steaks and sweet corn. Mine is better than yours will ever be cause I got a secret method of fixing.

May get me on the corn, but thin sliced brisket isn't done right. The way I smoke it you have to slice 1/2" thick and leave the knife in the drawer.

We'll have to meet in the rockies; cool, quiet, crisp air. You can have your humidity, and I'm sick of w.KS heat and no rain.

It's a date, I hope you have nice t!ts!

Yes, home grown beef and corn.......just not our home.(neighbors) Next summer we'll have both as we have an extra bucket calf and ground w/sprinklers we'll be farm'n. I'll bring the food you bring the "drinks", you'll go broke before I will.

Give me your secret & I'll give you mine on the brisket. You got me wonder'n.

EDIT: This whole post sounds bad, I just thought of broke back mt(never seen it). Here I am talk'n bout mountains and your hooters.........good LORD don't take this the wrong way. Let me remove my foot real quick. (can't add smileys on edit). Ok, I feel better. I should look it over before I submit, eh? ;-)

We go to CS all the time, woodland prk, divide. We own a liquor store in CS on academy and a cabin in divide. Love it up there. As close to Heaven as I'll probably ever see.
