I just bouight an electric skillet today. What do you cook in yours?

I read my post from 2017 and still haven't dug my skillet out of the cabinet. I was surprised to see how cheap they are now for those vintage skillets - mine is similar to this one: https://www.ebay.com/itm/17565743496...Cclp%3A2047675

Mine is a wonderful vintage Vollrath - high quality, but honestly it's just easier to just use my stove. I have also ordered a new induction stove which will arrive in a few weeks, so my skillet will probably just collect dust unless I do some outdoor cooking (which I may when the weather gets nicer!)
