Today's Lunch - Part 4 (Chocolate cake, grilled, tuna, cake)

Home made tomato basil soup, and a large salad with arugula, butter lettuce, assorted olives and goat cheese. A slice of sturdy semolina bread.

Half a cantaloup each.

I had a Flädle soup (pancake soup ) from 1 pancake,a red beet salad with onions,salt/black pepper,olive oil and vinegar and a whole peeled pink grapefruit.

Fried rice and Mongolian beef - couldn't resist 50% off in the deli section.

Meat Loaf sandwich on sourdough bread.

Sliced chicken breast sandwich, pear slices and baby carrots.

a buttered flax seed bread and a plate with celery,carrot sticks,red beet ,tomato,white turnip slices and red grapes. With it a bowl of homemade plain yogurt with roasted cumin seeds and for dessert some strawberries.

making chicken soup, had some celery with blue cheese dip. 40F, windy, rainy and blech. Might have spaghetti, though, sauce is made and I have mushrooms that need to get eaten.

2 large toasted whole wheat slices of bread with non-fat mayonnaise and sardines and a large glass of cranberry juice.

Lunch out with a friend. We split an order of onion rings. I had a spinach salad and she had a chicken Caesar salad. Iced tea to drink.
