Grilled eggplant sliced thinly, with tomato, arugula, sliced mixed olives, a slice of sharp imported provolone cheese and pesto mayo on a ciabetta.

Another taste sensation that I need to try!

Do you just sprinkle the flax seeds on the sandwich? How large are these radishes? The ones that I am getting are so tiny, that I don't think they could be sliced-at least not by me- without losing a finger tip or two.
