Today's Lunch - Part 4 (tomatoes, leftover, garden, pickle)

I had an entire bag of california blend mixed veggies, steamed with salt.

Chopped grilled chicken salad w/ cranberries, walnuts, red onion & sesame dressing. small cup of linguica & potato soup.

I had a scoop of refried beans and a handful (a big handful!) of tortilla chips to dip into the beans.

Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, apple slices and baby carrots.

Leftover beef stew.

A pineapple non-fat Greek yogurt, a whole wheat pita with hummus, a slice of whole wheat bread with healthy-style margarine and a large mug of tea with a teaspoon of sugar and a bit of non-fat milk.

Peanut butter sandwich with jam and cottage cheese and a cup of Swiss herb tea

Pasta with Italian sausage, marinara sauce topped with Romano and Parmesan cheeses.
