Today for lunch I had sliced purple cabbage, regular Sabra hummus (from Costco), rice, olive oil, several meatballs (I think from Costco), and some orange juice.
I think lunch when I get around to it is going to be shredded roast with Maull's Sweet and Smokey sauce on a sesame seed top bun.
Applesauce, sliced tomato, cottage cheese, celery, carrots and green onion.
