Plain, cast iron fried hamburger topped with Irish Cheddar & 2 egg yolks with an IPA. For dessert, a double espresso.

I had a 6 inch veggie sandwich with roast beef (a condiment) from Subway. Eat Fresh!!! I certainly did. LOL!

My lunch was basically my breakfast (got up late): Grape Nuts with lactose-free 2% milk and a banana. Then a Fage Total yogurt with dried figs and peaches.

I helped friends move and they bought Wendy's cheeseburgers and fries for everyone.
I am not used to eating a big fatty lunch like that, but eat I did. Yummy at the time, but ewww later. I don't think I'm going to eat dinner!
