Steamed Broccoli and Brown Rice

One small tuna sandwich on toasted light multigrain bread and another tuna sandwich of whole wheat bread. Both of them with dill pickles and on the side a glass of cranberry juice.

Had a huge lunch at Bahama Breeze. We had fish tacos, salads, coconut shrimp, and onion rings. Iced tea to drink.

Sadly, a handful of aspirin, a double espresso & a ton of water to soothe the pounding headache I woke up with at 5am, followed by a handful of peanuts. Not my fave lunch.
