Nothing but a raw vegetable plate with a bowl of homemade yogurt and a large glass of lime water Later some walnuts I have to crack open...so I am not sure if I am a rabbit or a squirrel
Continuing my same lunch of late... cast iron, plain, fried hamburger topped with Irish cheddar & two egg yolks with 2 double espressos & several glasses of water.
Closing out my week of similar lunches (1 more day & it would send me back to giant bags of chips for lunch)... plain, cast iron fried hamburger topped with Irish cheddar & 1C sauteed organic green beans with several glasses of water & a double espresso. Great whilst it lasted, but I don't care to see a hamburger again 'til autumn.
