Today's Lunch - Part 4 (jello, sardines, frozen, tomatoes)

a mix of raw vegetable such as red beet,cucumber,celery,tomato slices,a bowl of homemade plain yogurt and a large glass of lemon water with a lemon wedge .I have a few green grapes left so I will finish those

A bowl of Yankee bean soup, 2 slices of whole wheat bread with non-fat mayonnaise and sardines and a large glass of cranberry juice.

chicken noodle soup and roast beef on whole wheat with lettuce, tomato and mayo.

2 grilled turkey sausages & a double espresso. Not my fave, but fast since I pre-grill then freeze, so only cast-iron pan heating is required.

Lunch at work was some spicy Italian sausage, peppers, pasta, and all in sauce.
