a mix of raw vegetable such as red beet,cucumber,celery,tomato slices,a bowl of homemade plain yogurt and a large glass of lemon water with a lemon wedge .I have a few green grapes left so I will finish those

2 grilled turkey sausages & a double espresso. Not my fave, but fast since I pre-grill then freeze, so only cast-iron pan heating is required.

Chicken salad sandwich. I also had pear slices and baby carrots as usual, but the sandwich filled me up.
