Today is a field green salad with crumbled goat cheese, a handful of blueberries, some almonds and sunflower seeds, and a balsamic dressing. VERY GOOD!
3 toasted whole wheat slices of bread with strawberry spread, a black cherry non-fat Greek yogurt and a mug of black tea with a teaspoon of sugar and a bit of skim milk.
Today was a big serving of leftovers of last nights roasted veggies - brussel sprouts, zucchini, onion, and carrots. I had thrown them in a balsamic dressing marinade, then roasted for a long while.
Today I topped them with some crumbled goat cheese. YUM!

My daily salad: kale, cabbage, cucumber, celery, carrot, green pepper, tomato, barley, sunflower kernels, garlic, ginger, olive oil & acv, lemon, saffron, curry, cloves, and 1 hard boiled egg, + a side of toast.
