A little truffle oil on the taters isn't too shabby

My friend Ellen--who loves lobster--
she can crack and eat a whole boiled lobster faster than a sea otter and leave a cleaner shell...

Seeing 3.99-6.99 lobster on here makes me want to cry. It's usually twice that here, even if it's not live.

You could make a cajun butter. Or boil it with similar spices. You could also throw bits of it in a pan very briefly with lemon and white wine and...butter.

While I'm not much into bars, there was a bar where I used to live that sold a whole lobster with all the fixin's (your choice) for $6.95. I suppose they made up for it in alcohol sales but that's the cheapest I've ever seen it.

Mmmmm, lobster poached in butter, made this a few nights ago. Served it with a salad of mixed greens and my own vinaigrette. To die for.

I usually boil a potato and steam fresh vegetables. The lobster is served with clarified butter and a lemon wedge. I spoon a little of the clarified butter on the potatoes and vegetables.

Quick, easy and tasty!

Am I the only person that likes to eat a steamed lobsta plain? No butta, no nothing on the bug?

I'll have a beer or wine with it and then after it is done move on to what ever else sounds good.

When it comes to subjective matters of taste, people have wildly different opinions. Don't like it, don't eat it - move on.
