Love to roast brussel sprouts in the oven with some olive oil, sea salt, and cracked pepper, yum!

That sounds wonderful!! I guess that I like the extra flavour from the brussel sprout leaves getting browned in the cooking process.

I like
Cabbage
Broccoli
Asparagus
Avocado
Artichoke
I love spinach but I prefer it cooked from fresh.

I would eat Avocados any way you give them to me. I LOVE to slice them up, add a little salt and mayo on bread.

I wouldn't eat brussel sprouts if you paid me money.

I like all vegetables, except when they are overcooked! I do love brussels sprouts, but DH doesn't, so they are limited at our table. I love beets, which many people loathe.

Only two veggies I don't care for: cauliflower and cream corn. I love all the rest.

I love avocados, but I think it's a fruit?

Hubby says you are right, I put it in veg category because it is a savory, like tomatos.
