I haven't decided on the salad dressing yet.

Dang! I forgot the beets.
The salad was Great! I skipped the croutons and the dressing from the salad bar was rancidly gross I discovered after a few dips of my veggies in it - I ate my salad naked. By altering different combinations of ingredients, each forkful was absolutely scrumptious.

Fridge-raid resulted in the following mix:

German and andouille sausages along with spinach/kale/arugula, onion, leek, cilantro, and broccolini all sauteed in garlic/basil/parmesan butter, with a little tad of jarred lemon butter simmer sauce added.

All that over some buttered Uncle Ben's rice. I know...I'm horrible for using white rice but Uncle Ben's is my favorite rice of all

Another of the kid's favourites scheduled for tonight. It will be pancakes, bacon and watermelon. I don't really feel like that for dinner so I probably will just make a salad of chopped raw vegetables for me.
