We are having last nights dinner tonight. After church yesterday we went to our favorite Mexican restaurant for a brunch/lunch and ran into friends from church. We say with them, ate way too much and had a couple of glasses of wine. All the food and wine plus our daughter and son in law came over later in the day and I have another 2 glasses. Dinner was the last thing on my mind. I just threw a salad together and some left over chicken. Tonight we are having the ham, fruit salad and veggies.

The girls are at Girl Scout camp all week and suddenly my cooking desires are GONE. All this time I thought i was going the extra mile for my DH but now I think it was more for the girls or at least all 3 of them.

We will eat up some leftovers and all week it will be very eclectic

tonight
leftover spinach and artichoke dip
left over mashed potatoes
cauliflower and broccoli and cherry tomatoes cold salad
garlic toast

no protein per se but we will live. besides the salad and the dip both have cheese in them.

I am steeling Ms.Mathlete's idea. I have two bags of Nate's veggie meatballs and I'm looking for something easy.

I'll also toss a salad.
