Someone asked me about a recipe for strawberry cobbler in a rep. I don't know who it was, but I just use the same cobbler recipe I use for any of fruit and use strawberries instead of any other fruit. I have found with strawberries and any other fruit that is not real juicy, I need to add some water and squeeze the fruit a little. Hope that helps.

I just ran some left over roast beef through the food processor to a rough chop. I'll mix it with left over gravy, freshly cooked onions and carrots and serve it all over rice.

I'm making grilled pastrami on rye with the Brussels sprout, blue cheese, and apple salad with vinaigrette I saw on the Chew.

It took me all day to figure out what to have but I did it. Tonight I am making tuna club sandwiches and throwing some rosemary fries I found in the freezer into the oven.

And I will just BET y'all thought I couldn't get any lazier when it comes to dinner! Just you wait - I actually CAN!

Husband is going to eat the Stuffed Green Pepper one I bought at the same time. I promised him homemade Golumpki this weekend so I'm getting off easy until then since it's a busy week work-wise.
