Super easy dinner tonight. I cut some thin pork chops into strips and I am marinating them in some leftover Sweet Baby Rays sauce I found in the fridge. I am making a homemade Mac and cheese and carrots to go with it.
A blueberry nonfat Greek yogurt, 2 toasted slices of whole grain wheat bread with strawberry preserves and a mug of English breakfast tea with a teaspoon of sugar.
Grilled greek sausages with a cucumber, tomato dill salad and some good bread. Bottle of Boutari's Naoussa. I'm starved thinking about it.
