We just drove home from a trip, so I'm scrounging for something good.
It is Ravioli with Italian Sausage, Alfredo sauce with mushrooms, broccoli.

I'm going to hit the leftovers. I've got a grilled chicken breast, half of a grilled pork chop, some steamed rice, and green beans.

Been outside all day working on yard so an easy and refreshing dinner of lemon piccata chicken over quinoa. Sauteed veggies on side.

I am still not a huge fan of quinoa, I keep thinking I am eating my bird's food. lol I did add some rice to it, it was marginally better.

I'm the same way. Tastes gritty and like crud to me. I'll take rice or couscous any day.
