I decded to organize the freezer a couple days ago and found a container of something but I didn't know what took it out of the container, brought it in the house and checked it out. It was Lasania (ok so I no idea how to spell it) but daughter had put it there for us when I had my knee replaced almost a year ago. That and a salad will be tonights dinner.

I am making my "cheater" pulled pork. Pork tenderloin and root beer in the slow cooker, shred and serve with barbecue sauce. I bought Martin's potato rolls, love them, to make sandwiches. I will also make a cole slaw for the sandwiches.

Lasagna.

Tonight we will probably have plain hamburgers on the grill, boiled potatoes and green beans.
