I am making a rich oxtail and veggie broth and will strain it after cooking all day serve it tonight with Udon noodles, some nappa cabbage, tofu and a fried egg on top...... ).

Today I am smoking turkey, in fact it's already out there. I am making mashed potatoes, stuffing(well dressing), green beans, cranberry sauce. I will roast some garlic for the ciabetta bread I bought yesterday. Happy MLK Jr. day!

Going to cook up some thin chicken breasts in the Cube sauce thingys and steam some broccoli. Taking it to work with me as I'm closing so I don't starve to death

Pot roast....in the slow cooker now, then some sliced squash with cheese, and lettuce/tomato salad, and a Mrs Smith's pie!

pot roast here as well, braised in the oven. I'll serve over top of couscous with gremolata and a bit of horseradish on top, with some steamed broccoli with lemon butter on the side. salted caramel almond pear upside down cake with whipped ginger cream for dessert.

Leftover taco meat, so tacos and a nice salad of iceberg, romaine, radish, celery, red onion, bacos, croutons, and ranch.

I'm also making potato-leek soup, but that will probably make an appearance tomorrow.
