Never order pizza, or any food, for delivery--no one delivers to our house. We will order pizza for pick-up every few months. Pizza is one of my favorite foods, but I can't eat it as often as I would like because of the calories. I will make it a few times a year also.

Same here.

Pretty common in cities that lack significant density, because most people drive and then just dine in/do takeout. There are places that don't offer delivery at ALL, let alone for a fee (i.e. most Chinese takeout places around here), because it's sooo little utilitzed, in comparison to people just driving, themselves.

Never. I can't even remember the last time I had pizza from a national chain.

I order a pie from one of the shops around here once a month or so. Use seamless to place the order while I'm on the train, then stop by the shop to pick it up on my walk home.

There are a lot of restaurants of all kinds within a few blocks. Almost all of them deliver, but most of the time I'd rather just walk over and pick the food up.

We have delivery fees here for the reasons you are talking about and Pizza Hut will not even deliver.

There were plenty of Chinese places that delivered when I lived in Madison, WI. It probably varies a bit depending on area.

Never. I can't even remember the last time I did, so it must have been 10+ years ago. I like pizza but don't eat it that often since it's not the healthiest thing to eat. When I do feel like having pizza, I usually order ahead of time either online or on the phone, then pick it up.
