Tonight is homemade pizza night. I am making a pepperoni pizza for the kids and a prosciutto, basil, and kalmata pizza for the adults.

Grilled salmon, tomato and mozzzarella salad, and I"m going to try that chickpea shallot dish that people on here have referenced. It may be weird but I'm going to try to substitute riced cauliflower for the brown rice.

Can't be arsed to cook tonight, so have resorted to Welsh Rarebit

Seriously, I have no idea - it's going to be individual grazing, that's all I know for sure. I may not even eat - I'm not even the tiniest bit hungry, and he doesn't appear to be either. Stupid weather...
