Mish mosh tonight... some leftover chicken with cashews from Chinese take out, a couple of fried chicken cutlets and a little penne Rigate the peas. Going shopping tomorrow morning.
Found out I have severe bursitis in one knee and have been in pain and not cooking for a few days. I got some great pain meds. from the clinic though, so tonight I'm making bacon-wrapped chicken wings and thighs with a bourbon sauce, potato salad, roasted asparagus tips, celery stuffed with homemade pimento cheese and oatmeal raisin cookies. Unfortunately, I can't have alcohol with these pills, so I'll settle for lemonade.
