Tonight my husband is making beef and broccoli. I think he is making rice but it could be rice noodles too.
Happy Sunday!

Thanksgiving turkey stew.

The usual base: olive oil, potato, brown rice, pinto beans, split green peas, lentils, black bean, kidney bean, black eyed peas. A standard spice: olive oil, paprika, and garlic. Cheese: bleu and feta. Tossed in as much turkey as I could pull off. Used lemon herbal tea and water as the mixture.

Served it over bleu cheese croutons and Parmesan cheese, & had it with a red wine.

Eventually, the turkey will become Yucatan soup.....if I can find the right recipe.

Splitting a T-Bone. He's grilling it, along with potatoes, and making sautéed mushrooms and onions. It's pretty much standard Sunday stuff.

Glad you had a good time and a few for me. I'll have a few for you tonight!
Yeah the foghorn leghorn was good to see!..... I'm lucky they didn't have my favourite cartoon on show......Tom and Jerry...... I don't think I'd win if we ( me and her ) started chasing each other around the place and throwing things at each other!!! LMAO

No LOL but yeah I trust you kept up your end of the bargain.... in a having a few for me!

You need to have some chili cheese fries, LC.

Also rocket and Parmesan salad - sounds good but we call it arugula.
Yes I do need to have chilli cheese fries and a " chilli dog ".... Honestly the variety in the US would keep me very busy and most entertained.. ... we don't have nothing like that here

No I didn't know that my love thank you

Wiener?.... type of sausage right?

Oh and tonight I had a tikka masala Indian curry
