Well seeing last nights planned spaghetti turned out to be seafood pasta (I forgot to take the spaghet out) I have no idea what to fix. I will either go back to the spaghetti idea or take some soup out of the freezer. Spoiled brat love both. Now that I think about it, I am going to fix left over pork from the other night, fruit salad and sweet potatoes. This is exactly the reason I normally do a menu for the week; it save me from confusion and decisions.

Hmm...today seems to be my day to quote you! Like you I forgot to pull something out for dinner. In my case it was the ground beef for the stuffed cabbage. Instead my husband grabbed some strip steaks and a baguette on his way home. He grilled the steaks and I made a salad of kale, spinach and strawberries. I took some bijou (aged goat cheese from Vermont Creamery) and melted under the broiler on the baguette. I drizzled balsamic vinegar over the whole thing.
I was pretty proud of my last minute salad. I'll make the stuffed cabbage tonight.
Probably Sugo which I cooked for freezer meals yesterday, short pasta, focaccia. Something that SO can eat with a spoon in his left hand. Ice cream in a cone should be manageable
