Homemade Dorito covered onion rings with ranch salsa dressing, Chipolate black beak burgers with avocados, with tomato slices, butter lettuce and thinly sliced red onions on crusty rolls.

Lemon squares for desert.

A garlicky farro and garbanzo bean casserole with mushrooms and spinach. Sliced bosc pears on the side. It was surprisingly filling.
