Well even though it's Sunday and I usually have a roast dinner..... it's my 32nd birthday so fancy an Indian curry tonight

Spending today up in Vermont, they have more snow then us and we were jonesing to go skiing. Heading home soonish. It's not quite two hours so plenty of time to make carne asada tacos for dinner. I will have a Switchback Ale or two for LC's birthday!
Wd have c couple of filets getting ready for the grill, I''m roasting some cut up potatoes and onions in the oven, mushrooms and shallots in a sherry sauce I'm going to start shortly, and he asked for rolls (in the tube).

Grilled salmon on flatbread with leafy greens and tarter sauce. I'm trying to eat better. Growing up I would have eaten fish sticks with white rice. Once you learn how to make healthy food taste good you never go back.
