I agree, full fat plain Greek yogurt can be difficult to find. Fat free or 2% is all over the place.

Fage Total plain is probably the most popular that every store carries. I cannot imagine not being able to find it in Manhattan.

It's bitter when you have too much. It is sweet in small quantities. And small is very small. But it is not good for baking. I use it for tea only.

Nurse it as starter for counter top homemade yoghurt.
