Gum surgery in the am (part one) Anyone care to give me ideas of foods I can eat while recovering? It cannot be sticky, chewy, or crunchy. All ideas are welcome. Thanks in advance.

Oregon country fair!
On our way out of the gate- stopped off at the gumbo booth and had red beans and rice with gumbo seasoned shrimp on top with a heaping helping of spicy slaw on top- not bad for fair food
( am craving a deep fried 'churro- style cinnamon/ sugar waffle' but that can be had at my local food carts tomorrow-lol)...

I pulled some red sauce and meatballs out of the freezer for tonight's dinner. Ill make rotini and have the husband stop and pick up fresh bread to go with it.

I did throw a hunk (10 and half pounds) of pork on the grill. I'll smoke for all of today and some of tomorrow. This is the recipe I basically follow. Alabama Pulled Pig Recipe - Allrecipes.com
