And I made a cauliflower crust pizza which smelled really bad while prepping the cauliflower, lol, but ended up tasting very good.
Food porn! They both look good.
I'm not crazy about the smell of cooking cauliflower, cabbage, and a few other things. My husband's mom didn't make any of those things. Rutabaga? Put some gravy on it. My favorite was, "What's that smell?"

It's amazing how such bad smelling things can taste good
Last night was a really good one!! I made beef green chili with 3 roasted hatch chiles, 1.25 lbs small cubes of beef, 1/2 onion, 2 Roma tomatoes, seasonings, and 3 little garden peppers. Served in soft corn tortillas with sliced radishes, sour cream, and spicy carrots.
Tonight I have class all through the dinner hours, so I'll just try to have a late lunch or a Lean Cuisine before.
I use that word when I have a bowl of frozen Lean Cuisine for dinner.
Actually me too, but my husband is spoiled and expects a full dinner unless we are going out (not that he necessarily gets it!) He thinks of tacos as lunch and would probably pass out from shock if I gave him a frozen dinner. Don't know what he eats when I'm out of town!
