He is home, he is ding better just still has trouble walking but it isn't stopping him from doing what he likes including eating. So for dinner, he gets his Salmon, cold slaw and snow peas, I haven't decided between baked potatoes or some other carb, but he will get one.

Mmmmm......beer stir fry. Not a bad idea at all!

Nmita- glad to hear you husband is home!

Debsi- I probably do crowd the pan amongst other mistakes. My husband taught me to cook. There are some things he makes so well I think I don't bother to master them.

I am glad to hear the spoiled brat is home!

SO is on a several day play date - Merlot, baguette with lots of butter and my favorite salt, an old favorite tearjerker book until I fall asleep amidst of crumbs.

tonight is sockeye salmon, roma beans, sliced tomatoes, peaches & cream for dessert. Tomorrow I'll be in the hospital as a precaution following a heart ablation, so I'm having my sister bring me Thai spicy tuna from a great little spot nearby.
