I ordered a Papa John's supreme pizza. We are sure enjoying our extra hour!

I also made a green salad and a pumpkin pie for dessert.

Going to see if I can add extra meat / cheese this time around

You can call them and pre-order just like a regular pizza joint. Its ready for pickup preset time ( just discovered this recently )

We are traumatized, they stopped selling fresh pizzas you can cook.

That was a favorite weekend go-to, one pizza take home and load up with veggies and cheese and BBQ it. Was super good, kinda healthy with all we added, and totally inexpensive.

In lieu of that we bought a premade pizza crust and added stuff and will BBQ it.

I think they may still sell their Kirkland uncooked pizzas towards the deli area - but those are a complete different recipe / pizza than the ones they bake in the food court and sell whole / cooked ( or by the slice )

I tried the raw uncooked ones about 10yrs ago and thought ??? What is wrong ? It totally sucked ( as stated different dough - diff taste diff everything = NOT good ) - never tried them again

Found out tonight that Costco will not add toppings on the pre-order food court pizzas. You cannot order double pepperoni or extra cheese or anything. Gotta stay exact as they make them ( no extras - even if you pay extra $$ )

Nope, it's the deli pizza they did away with!!! At least locally. That's like doing away with the rotisserie chicken.

used to love Papa John's. I am sure, like everything else it depends on the franchise. Ours here is awful.

2 more days before we leave: yep, tonight is "what is left"? so it is frozen fish, no chips, left over carrots instead and cold slaw.
