It is more how much,than what. I feel guilty for drinking so much wine the past few days and all the junk food like fried chicken we ate. It is time to come back to reality and eat non processed foods and much less wine

The emotion of guilt implies knowledge that you have done something wrong. I suppose if you stole some food or did some other terrible thing then you could feel guilty about it. But not just eating something. That doesn't make sense.

Of course it makes sense. People do often feel like it’s “wrong” to eat certain things. There’s a reason why your doctor wouldn’t recommend that you consume entire chocolate cakes on a regular basis.
I bought a small tub of Ben and Jerry’s Pistachio ice cream. DH and I each had two servings in two days, finishing it up.
I really should feel guilty. I don’t eat a lot of ice cream. But I surely enjoyed it.
