Also brining your turkey before roasting will produce a more moist bird.

I would bet my bottom dollar that the turkey you were buying pre-cooked will come with reheating instructions. Wherever you ordered it from, call and ask them if it does. Or check their website.

I know it will probably come with instructions but it might not be the best way to reheat. i read online different recommendations.
