DH inherited a big ol Hobart meat slicer, that he dismantled clean and got working so I had to find something to slice.

Pulled the leftover sous vide eye round, will slice it thin and make a panini of some sort, jarlsberg, lettuce, tomato, onions... maybe some horseradish... something like that.

Thai take out or I may make chicken enchiladas, still debating what to do.

Boneless pork chops glazed with honey-sriracha, grilled asparagus, mixed green salad, basmati or risotto.

Getting a much needed break today and ordering from our favorite Italian restaurant. DH will have his favorite Seafood ala Diavola - Fresh shrimp, scallops, mussels, and clams, Sautéed in olive oil and garlic. finished in a spicy marinara sauce and served over linguine. I think I'm going to get a pizza but haven't decided what kind yet.

Roasted pork loin with a crushed pineapple sauce, mashed potatoes and roasted carrots and onions. A nice glass of bordeaux. A small bowl of pistachio almond ice cream is dessert.

Made roasted Cornish game hen bathed in beer,served with garlic mashed potatoes with a touch of sour creme,Lingenberry jam and buttery sautéed green beans.To drink Löwenbräu.For dessert Poire belle Hélène with a shot of Grand Marnier.
