We went out for Americanized Chinese food. I only go every few years and am always disappointed. Not this time! The food was really good, not too greasy! This place even had the flaming pu pu platter! I haven't seen one of those since I was a kid.
Went to a catered lunch yesterday, & they gave us boxes to bring home the food that was still in the trays, so we will be having chicken piccata & alfredo pasta. Made some resh vinegar slaw.
Second change in plans today. Tiny potatoes halved and rolled in olive oil, garlic, sage then off to the air fryer. Chicken pot pie filling with lots of extra vegetables and some of the last cayenne. Whatever makes SO happy.
We had cheese fondue with bread cubes, apples, and some roasted Brussels sprouts.
