Oh, that sounds delicious!!! I'm headed to the market tomorrow morning, so will p/u everything for this casserole & make it myself. TY, Alm... always wonderful recipes.

For me, tonight I ate an entire roasted chicken, minus skin... only meal today. Red itchy rashes are gone, breathing is good... I'm hoping this strict, awful diet is the "cure" for asthma... fingers crossed.

BTW, I found a Meyer lemon treasure at the store today... $10 for 11 lemons. Oh, Meyer lemons, how I love thee.

Enjoy the rest of your weeks, All. TY again for another wonderful recipe, Alm! I adore you!

Tonight's dinner is a vegan goulash, subbing in Beyond ground, a mixed green salad with an oil-less vinaigrette, the last of a homebaked sourdough whole grain wheat/rye bread and a bottle of cabernet/petit verdot wine.

I'm so envious that you don't live next door to me in Tampa... that dinner looks wonderful. Well done!
