Pan seared, soy sauce marinated Ahi and sautéed spinach.

Tonight's dinner includes South Texas Ribeye pork chops on the grill and Savoy cabbage. Not sure if there's another side in there or that will be enough. I'm making Ina Garten's fresh peach cake with Hill Country peaches we bought in the summer and froze so I might want to save my calories and carbs for a small piece of that.

Tonight at the Case abode during the Big Game: Roasted Cajun chicken with Cajun crawfish stuffing, sided with green bean casserole.

Serving it with chopped greens salad with roasted corn and avocado wedges with a cilantro lime light ranch dressing.

Lime squares with a graham cracker crust for dessert.

Started out with a round tray of shrimp and small glass of Moscato.

Finished up about an hour ago mini BBQ chicken wings and drummettes. I've been dipping mine in a blue cheese dressing. Cole slaw. Think I picked up the wrong container. It didn't taste quite like the one I usually get.

Did the dishes. NOw I'm relaxing on the couch with comforter and a personal foot warmer - one of our dogs
Hubby has the Super Bowl on. I'm watching too
