I'm starving cuz maintenance was in & out of my apt since 8am & at 3pm, I still have had nothing to eat for 24+ hrs.
This might be the day for very casual... roasted turkey hotdogs with store made sauerkraut. Can't wait for anything else. It has to be something fast, cuz those paper towels & handsoap are starting to look delicious.
TJs chicken wontons, TJs miso ginger broth. I raided the garden which is sparse so a little spinach, kale, arugula and turnip tops, and I grew a bunch of bean sprouts, and my green onions are dead headed already so I took some onion scapes. I'll probably add some extra miso, napa cabbage, and I think that is all I have.
