Love your pics & your plates. Are you using your cellphone camera? Those are very colorful, clear pics.

Once again, I didn't eat all day 'til 4pm. So, I had instant pot chicken drumsticks with pigeon beans & a mixed garden salad with Meyer lemon/olive oil dressing.

I have 1 more Meyer lemon left, so am going to the store tomorrow, fingers crossed that they have more. They're so sweet (& expensive), I could eat one/day. Such a pretty fruit, too.

Have a good rest of the week, All!

Skirt steak fajitas. Dogbia made the marinade for the meat and cooked it on the Weber. I made the guacamole, cooked red bells, onions, and poblano peppers, toasted the tortillas. Mexican crema too.

We had this and it was delicious - https://www.mrstspierogies.com/recip...et-pan-dinner/

Although I didn't use Mrs T's cheddar I used Farmer Cheese pirogies from a local church.
Served with Polish dill pickles, sauerkraut and a chilled Stella.

Too cold to grill! Short curly pasta, sugo (thank you freezer), big salad, roaring fireplace and blanket with an old movie for desert.
