I made stuffed peppers (I stuff mine with ground sausage, chop meat, onions garlic and grated cheese, egg little bread crumbs no rice) I also roasted some radishes and turnips. Not bad but I think I liked the turnips better.

A long weekend is coming up here in Canada and Sunday is Valentine Day.Although we don't celebrate it is still a very special day for me,because my youngest son Ali was born on Valentine Day. Usually we get together to celebrate but this time it is different.I bake the cake and he picks it up.We will have a virtual Kaffeeklatsch eating the same cake (baking two heart shaped cakes),drinking coffee and play games.
Thinking to make tonight homemade vegetable pizza,tomato/onion/cucumber salad and Löwenbräu.Later by the fireplace watch a Bollywood movie.
