Leftover raw steak from last night, so Hubby can cook that & the leftover veg too. I'll finish the leftover stuffed peppers, ( I love them so it's not a hardship).

We are getting takeout. Once and awhile I need a break and every so often I just get tired of my own cooking! So, I ordered takeout from a little Persian restaurant in our neighborhood. Chicken kabobs, basmati rice and salad. Looking forward to it.

Pan roasted crispy skin chicken thighs over a cauliflower and potato mash, with green beans. I am absolutely stuffed. I accidentally did find out that the rendered chicken fat is REALLY good over the mash, better than gravy. LOL.

Chicken salad sandwiches on white toast with garden lettuce and grocery store potato salad spiked up with a few diced koolickle slices, diced shallot, and fresh dill.

I’m trying not to buy any sad supermarket tomatoes until my little baby green tomatoes are ready.

A Cesar salad, Crab stuffed Mushrooms, 1/3 rack of Baby Back Ribs, 6 Broiled Scallops and fried Onion Rings.

I ate all of this at the Rustic Tavern in Carlisle PA along with 2 warm dinner roles and 2 glasses of a California Cab❗️
