This whole meal is sheer perfection. I owe you a rep - they won't let me now.
And those crackers! The idea of baking my own crackers has never occurred to me. Now I want those. Actually, it doesn't look terribly difficult. I may give it a try!
Alm have you baked those spicy cheese crackers yet?
As for ourselves, it's a cool, gloomy day. I think I'll take out Indian food. Not in a cooking mood, but I am in an eating mood.
My husband just came home from the Middle Eastern market with ground lamb and Bulgarian feta. I believe that means we're having his favorite lamb burgers with feta sauce.
I was so bored with my usual recipes. I came on here to get some ideas. This struck me! I looked it up and tonight it is our dinner! Thanks for the inspiration!!
Chicken Scarpariello (my favorite) which is chicken sautéed in a lemon glaze with garlic, cherry peppers, rosemary, garlic and it’s cooked with some hot Italian sausage and served with roasted potatoes. There are many variations regarding this recipe❗️
I bought another one of those Savory Suppers from Open Nature - beef and broccoli. I added extra broccoli and a few mushrooms and I made a side of plain fried rice. It was really very good - this is the 3rd one we tried and I’m impressed with the quality of the food.
Greek salad with gyro meat and pita bread. Sugared raspberries.
