It will be some type of tofu Buddha bowl, veggies, bitter greens and such. Not sure what direction the sauce will go yet.

My husband just came home from the Middle Eastern market with ground lamb and Bulgarian feta. I believe that means we're having his favorite lamb burgers with feta sauce.

I am taking hot dogs wrapping a slice of cheese around them then wrapping them up in a flour tortilla then baking them.
Kind of like a large pig in a blanket. I did this last week and we liked them. Not sure what will be served on the side just yet.
Tonight salmon fillets served with with boiled potatoes garnished with curly parsley,steamed zucchini and tomatoes. To drink Perrier water with lemon.For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.

I've done that with bread slices with a bit of mustard too. I'll have to try tortillas next time. Thanks.
